• Own strategy and execution for security functions, ensuring swift verification and restoration of access for merchants
• Collaborate on tooling and automation development to improve threat detection and incident response

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in account security, fraud prevention, or risk management, particularly with account takeover and identity threats
• Proven ability to lead large operational teams across different time zones
• Experience working with product, engineering, and data teams as an operational partner
• Strong background in incident response and collaboration within security or identity domains
• Experience in ecommerce, fintech, or large-scale digital platforms
