Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Services Analysts and Specialists, the full-time Senior Account Services Lead will ensure the successful delivery of technical services to clients while driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Account Services team, setting goals and performance expectations aligned with business objectives
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, developing strong relationships and advocating for customer needs
- Oversee service delivery processes, collaborating with internal teams to enhance service offerings and monitor key performance indicators
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or customer success, with a proven leadership background
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, and service management tools, along with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring adherence to best practices in technical account services
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and resolve complex technical challenges
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving process improvements and efficiency
