Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Account Specialist to manage client accounts and enhance customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage small to medium-sized accounts and develop post-sale relationships with clients
  • Resolve service issues and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Conduct renewal pricing and manage the installation process for new and existing accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in TPA, Insurance Carrier, or Brokerage in claims management or underwriting
  • Knowledge of claim products and services
  • Understanding of the insurance/TPA industry and marketplace
  • Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
