Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Specialist, DFS Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and negotiate payment options to resolve delinquency
• Document and monitor formalized payment plans while managing inbound customer calls
• Assist in legal processes, manage accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED
• Collections experience and/or customer service experience with banking products
• Understanding of collection procedures
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
