Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned producer accounts through onboarding, reporting, and compliance follow-through
• Lead readiness checks and documentation validation for assigned producers
• Perform complex data validation and maintain audit-ready documentation

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years in account coordination, customer support, or compliance-related environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered
• Experience in regulated industries or member-based organizations preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and operational workflows
• Proactive in identifying issues and escalating appropriately
