Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Account Strategist will manage client relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure project alignment with business goals in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, leading structured business reviews and managing expectations
  • Proactively identify and close expansion opportunities within the client portfolio while balancing commercial ambition with delivery reality
  • Ensure delivery teams have clarity on project priorities and manage account-level issues effectively
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a web development agency specializing in WordPress or open source CMS platforms
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and discuss business outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Experience in creating and implementing Account Growth Strategies that yield tangible results
  • Ability to maintain accurate account and revenue data for effective planning
