Senior Account Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Account Supervisor to lead the Strategy & Account Management team on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 5 full-time employees and occasional contractors, ensuring operational excellence
• Own and nurture priority client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
• Provide strategic direction across various social media channels and ensure timely delivery of scopes of work

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior client services role, preferably in social media or digital marketing
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, including coaching and performance management
• Strong strategic background in social media, including organic and paid channels, content development, and analytics
• Operationally minded with the ability to assess and improve processes and workflows
• Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on driving meaningful change
