Senior Account Support Representative

Job Summary

To support sales operations in the West Coast region, the remote Senior Account Support Representative will manage account operations, provide sales support, and ensure effective resolution of customer issues while collaborating with internal teams and assisting in achieving sales quotas for complex accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide order processing and manage account operations, including handling customer inquiries and open order management
• Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service flow to customers
• Assist account teams with onboarding new customers and support deal registration for new product deals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Purchasing, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or program/project management
• Experience interfacing with senior-level executives, customers, and vendors
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
