Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant responsible for corporate accounting functions and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage debt accounting, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls and company policies for accounting practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in audits and financial data preparation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Strong technical understanding of ASC 470
- Experience in the software/technology industry preferred
- CPA certification preferred
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience, including public accounting
