Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliations of all GL accounts and resolve variances
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate transaction recording
• Compile partner commission reporting statements and support financial data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or high-growth startups
• CPA certification is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations in a fast-paced environment
