Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their GL Accounting team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cash journal entries accurately and timely
Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial statements
Analyze financial variances to highlight discrepancies and propose corrective actions

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Experience with journal entries and general ledger maintenance
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software
Previous experience in general ledger accounting is essential
CPA certification is preferred but not required
