Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time US Multi-Client Controller, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up services for new clients and coordinate a team of international bookkeepers
• Supervise ongoing bookkeeping services for clients and support bookkeepers as needed
• Build strong relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor

Required Qualifications

• Experience in accounting for multiple companies, preferably in roles such as Controller or Senior Accountant
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Degree in accounting or a related field preferred; CPA or ProAdvisor certification is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong professional communication skills
