Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to enhance its financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including financial reporting and compliance
• Build and implement accounting processes, systems, and internal controls
• Perform financial analysis and collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and financial models

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA-track preferred
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a growth stage environment
• Operational experience with proficiency in ERP systems and processes
• Experience with an MSO-PC model accounting is a plus
• Big four or national firm experience preferred but not required
