Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial reconciliations and analyses, serving as a technical resource for finance-related issues
• Research and correct errors in the general ledger while providing financial modeling resources for special projects
• Prepare timely reports for state and federal agencies, management, and auditors, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare finance with demonstrated abilities in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and office desktop software
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects effectively
