Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of accurate financial information for the general ledger and financial statements
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation of financial records and compliance with audit requirements
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices within the accounting function

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or equivalent experience
• Minimum three to five years of experience in accounting
• Experience with US GAAP and financial analysis
• CPA and healthcare exposure preferred but not required
• Proficiency in various computer accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite
