Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage monthly recurring journal entries and reconciliations, and assist with audit and tax requests
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve accounting inquiries and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a large public accounting firm or a combination of public accounting and in-house accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite or other cloud-based ERPs
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over work outputs
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced accounting environment
