Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accountant for a 3-month fully remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transactions and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and company policies
• Enforce proper accounting processes and update documentation as business requirements change
• Carry out various financial procedures including payroll accounting, bank reconciliation, and month-end reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience
• Experience with payroll and GL accounting
• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
