Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support accounting for vendor expenses and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close processes for payroll and vendor expenses, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate recognition of vendor expenses
• Support audits by providing documentation and explanations related to transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, focusing on expense management and payroll accounting
• Experience with processing payroll transactions
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, Blackline preferred)
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and regulations
