Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant responsible for overseeing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and reconcile accounts
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
