Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and provide timely financial information for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and oversee internal controls and process documentation
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years in audit work
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven ability to revamp accounting processes and technology
• Deep knowledge of complex payroll and revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606)
