Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead to manage client accounting relationships and lead a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing mentorship and supporting their career development
• Oversee compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, including the execution of the monthly close process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit work as an auditor in a CPA firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
