Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage financial processes and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors and assist with tax filing preparations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets (or Excel) and experience with ERP systems
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
