Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to support financial operations during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and perform bank and account reconciliations in compliance with GAAP
• Support end-to-end AP/AR processes, including invoice processing and vendor management
• Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare close schedules and assist in financial audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in public accounting and private sector
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Brex is a plus
