Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support its growth by improving accounting processes and ensuring financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for the card rewards program
• Develop data analytics and visualizations for management to analyze the rewards program
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Experience with top-tier accounting firms and CPA
• 3 years of related professional experience or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to research accounting concepts
• Proficient with Excel and experience with data analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus
