Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor staff accountants and bookkeepers to ensure quality deliverables
• Oversee month-end reviews, account reconciliations, and financial adjustments for clients
• Generate actionable financial insights and reports for clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with Xero or QBO cloud-based accounting platforms
• Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with macOS
• Experience using project management or task management tools, preferably Asana
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Strong understanding of accounting rules, regulations, and guidelines
