Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor staff accountants and bookkeepers to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Oversee month-end reviews, account reconciliations, and journal entries to maintain accurate client financial records
• Generate actionable financial dashboards and insights for clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms, preferably Xero or QBO
• Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with macOS
• Experience using project management tools, such as Asana
• A strong understanding of accounting rules, regulations, and guidelines
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
