Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of monthly accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze general ledger account reconciliations as part of the month-end close process
• Provide in-depth analysis to assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
• Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Experience with a major ERP system such as Sage Intacct or Net Suite
