Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities
• Maintain lease schedules in accordance with ASC 842 and collaborate on lease agreements
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors during fieldwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation or on CPA track, preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with audit processes and external auditors
