Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee key accounting operations for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts
• Compile and analyze financial statements and management reports for internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Public accounting experience highly valued
• Preferred: CPA or CPA candidate and/or experience working with startups or small businesses
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel for accounting tasks
• Demonstrated experience in preparing financial statements and reports
