Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Oversee and execute month-end closing procedures, including preparing journal entries and reviewing financial reports
• Maintain and update the general ledger while ensuring proper classification of transactions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in month-end close procedures and account reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entry preparation
• CPA or MBA preferred
