Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant who will support day-to-day accounting operations and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting functions and prepare financial analyses and reports
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts, and assist with tax return preparations
• Contribute to the development of accounting systems and provide backup support for payroll processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to learn new software and improve processes for efficiencies
