Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage critical financial workflows and design scalable finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for U.S. and international employees
• Oversee accounts payable and expense management processes, ensuring timely vendor payments
• Support accounts receivable and billing operations, including proactive collections follow-up

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience managing multi-state payroll and understanding payroll compliance
• Experience with accounts payable workflows in Bill.com or similar platforms
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
