Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle for U.S.-based clients, including reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Act as the main accounting contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of results
• Integrate and optimize external applications with QuickBooks Online to streamline accounting operations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies (CPA certification preferred)
• Proven success managing external stakeholders, ideally from a public accounting or client-facing environment
• Strong knowledge of startup accounting practices and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Experience making informed financial judgments in fast-paced, less structured settings
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other relevant tools
