Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Remote - Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts, record monthly adjusting journal entries, and manage daily cash operations
• Participate in annual audits and assist with financial reporting, including AP, AR, and financial statement analysis
• Engage in ad-hoc analytical projects and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-8 years of accounting experience with knowledge of GAAP and financial statements
• Experience with large ERP systems and financial reporting tools; NetSuite experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup
• Familiarity with AI-assisted accounting and automation tools is a plus
