Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage financial processes and support accounting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and workpapers
• Conduct variance analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy
• Drive process improvements and automation within the Accounting Team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation (or working towards it) is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with public accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with enterprise software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) is preferred
