Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration process of acquisition targets and implement financial/business processes
• Perform financial and process due diligence of potential targets and prepare accounting for acquired targets
• Train and mentor accountants while maintaining general ledger accuracy and performing month-end close procedures

Required Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA preferred
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in corporate or public accounting; healthcare or mergers and acquisitions experience preferred
• Experience in analyzing financial statements and preparing general ledger account reconciliations
• Leadership skills and ability to coach and develop team members
