Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books for multiple clients on an accrual basis and manage the monthly close process and financial reporting
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including cash management and inventory tracking
• Prepare tax forms and payments, support management with budgets and audits, and lead client meetings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience and 2+ years using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory tax requirements
• Proficient with accounting software and third-party applications
• A 2-year associate's degree in an accounting-related field or AIPB certification is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
