Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
• Ensure adherence to SOX internal control standards and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including close and financial reporting
• Prior experience in defense or government contracting is required
• Strong working knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint is highly desired
