Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting and support accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and support the monthly close process
• Perform reconciliations of bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in a law firm or consulting environment is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP; CPA or progress towards a CPA preferred
