Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute key components of the monthly close for balance sheet and P&L expense accounts, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Prepare and review complex journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally to analyze expense trends and support forecasting with actionable financial insights

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience, with public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of accounting standards
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA certification is a plus
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of employees
