Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger
• Take ownership of the accounts payable cycle and assist with external audits

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in public accounting and/or industry preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP fundamentals
• Familiarity with financial systems and Excel
• Experience in biotech or high-growth startup environments is a plus
