Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accountant to manage sales order entry and revenue recognition in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex contractual agreements for revenue recognition and billing detail
• Enter sales orders and invoices into systems including NetSuite and various portal systems
• Support cash applications and collections teams while responding to customer inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with strong Accounts Receivable background
• Understanding of financial concepts of revenue recognition, IFRS, and billing
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred
• Knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with IFRS required
