Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support key accounting operations and financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly financial statement close processes and prepare account reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset system and manage prepaid expenses
• Assist with preparation and filing of U.S. sales and use tax returns and support compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of general ledger accounting experience
• Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or related industries strongly preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
