Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the accuracy and integrity of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare journal entries for month-end close
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition
• Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation and maintaining organized financial records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, including accounts payable and general ledger work
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and standard accounting processes
• Experience with accounting software such as Sage Intacct or similar platforms
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of company information
