Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage accounting information integrity, oversee accounts receivable processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and consolidating transactions
• Liaise with customers to send invoices and follow up on accounts receivable
• Perform complex reconciliations and support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 4-5 years of progressive general accounting experience
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and basic accounting procedures
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or technology services industry is preferred
