Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing Corporate Finance team, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage month-end close activities, prepare financial records, and collaborate with business unit teams in a dynamic specialty insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records within NetSuite and assist with intercompany accounting
• Support acquisition integration activities and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
