Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of a rapidly growing global SaaS business, the full-time remote Senior Accountant will maintain accurate bookkeeping, manage accounting records in QuickBooks, and handle SaaS revenue recognition while collaborating with finance leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and manage accounting records and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and deliver budget reporting
• Support month-end close processes, audits, and ensure GAAP adherence

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role
• Strong experience with General Ledger management and solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS principles
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based software company and multi-currency accounting environments
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Enterprise
• International accounting or cross-border finance operations experience
