Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing AI-powered SaaS company, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage full-cycle accounting operations, assist with ERP transition activities, and improve accounts payable workflows while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Assist with ERP transition activities, focusing on process improvement and system optimization
• Support order-to-cash processes including billing, revenue tracking, collections, and customer invoicing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within SaaS or startup environments
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and month-end close
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience with QuickBooks Online highly desired
• Knowledge of order-to-cash processes and SaaS business models preferred
