Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a small, high-impact accounting team, the full-time remote Senior Accountant will manage complex transactions, oversee the month-end close process, and ensure financial accuracy while working with NetSuite and cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned accounting areas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data
• Prepare and post journal entries, including complex transactions, and perform monthly account reconciliations
• Support or lead ERP system implementations and maintain accounting workflows for efficiency and internal controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Experience with system implementations or ERP enhancements
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
