Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a multi-entity accounting environment, the full-time salaried Regional Senior Accountant will manage complex accounting activities, ensure compliance with GAAP, and assist in month-end close processes while working in a hybrid setting from Golden, CO.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support the month-end close process and prepare analytical reviews on key accounts
• Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency in accounting operations

Required qualifications:

• 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control principles
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated success in month-end close and variance analysis
